Open your project in WABPO.

Go to
Workflows
.

Click Create New Flow.

Add a Trigger node.

In Trigger, set:type: keywordkeywords: for example hi, hello, menucaseMode: containsmessageTypes: text

Add your next node:Text + Buttons or Media + Buttons.

Set Interaction mode:Text only, Buttons, List, or Form.

Connect nodes by dragging line from one node to the next.

Add an End node and connect last step to End.

Click Save Draft.

Click Publish.

Click Enable.

Your flow is now live.

Best practices before publishing

1. Keep trigger keywords simple.

2. Always add fallback or end path.

3. Keep button labels short and clear.

4. Do not leave list rows without nextStepId.

5. Use Test Flow before enabling.

6. Use approved templates for template nodes.
